2. General
We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and this privacy policy. This website (innomarks.de) provides information about our company, our services and our products Uncovio and Innoflow.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by an external service provider: Microsoft Deutschland GmbH, Walter-Gropius-Str. 5, 80807 Munich, Germany (Microsoft Azure, West Europe region, the Netherlands). When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes information transmitted by your browser on our behalf (server log files): IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and the previously visited page (referrer). This data is not merged with other data sources.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the technically error-free and secure provision of the website. Log files are deleted after 4 weeks at the latest. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking services and does not load third-party content (such as maps or social media plugins) when you open it. The fonts used are served from our own server; no connection to Google Fonts or other font providers is established. The only exception are the team videos, which are loaded from YouTube only after you click on them (see section 6).
5. Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail (for example to enquire about a project), we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, content of your message) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request aims at concluding a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for handling your request and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. YouTube videos (two-click solution)
On our home page, our team members introduce themselves in videos hosted on YouTube. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The videos are inactive at first: you only see a preview image served from our own server, and no connection to YouTube is established. Only when you click “Play” is the video loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube then receives your IP address and the information which page you visited; it may set cookies or store data in your browser and, if you are signed in to your YouTube account, associate the visit with that account.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act), which you give by clicking “Play”. It only applies to the video you start; after reloading the page, only preview images are shown again. Google also processes data in the USA; the transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified. 7. External links
This website links to uncovio.ai (our product), to LinkedIn and to YouTube. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you open that site; its privacy notice applies.
8. Your rights
With regard to your personal data you have the following rights against us: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
9. Data security
This website is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.
10. Changes
We will update this privacy policy when the legal situation or our website changes. The version published here applies.
